Setup, management and measurement
The service has three parts. Setup comes first: ad accounts, campaign structure, landing pages, forms, conversion tags and the route each inquiry takes into your inbox or CRM. Management follows, with search terms, audiences, bids, budgets and ad copy checked and adjusted on an agreed schedule. Measurement runs alongside both, so each form fill or tracked call can be traced to a campaign and a cost. It applies to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta and LinkedIn. Platforms and buyers decide how campaigns perform. What you get is a setup you can inspect and a record of what was changed and why.
Search, social, pages and tracking
Most requests fall under one of four headings.
- Search ads, for buyers who are already looking.
- Paid social, for buyers you can describe by role, industry or interest.
- Landing pages and forms, so each ad has a page built for it.
- Lead tracking and follow-up, so each inquiry is recorded and answered.
The partner who handles your request can quote any combination. Ad spend stays separate and goes straight to the platform.
Search ads management
Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns set up and run in your own account, with keyword lists, ad copy, bids and conversion tracking.
Meta and LinkedIn ads
Audience setup, creative briefs, lead gen forms and Conversions API checks for feed ads on the platforms your buyers use.
Landing pages and forms
Single-purpose pages for your ads, with a clear offer, a short form, consent text and conversion tracking set up together.
Follow-up setup
Alerts, tasks and simple follow-up sequences in your CRM, so new inquiries are answered by the right person.
The first steps
Starting is mostly a matter of answering questions.
- Send the form with a short description of what you need.
- A service partner contacts you and asks about goals, budget, channels and current tracking.
- Scope is written down: which platforms, how many campaigns and pages, what gets tracked and how often you get reports.
- The partner quotes you, and you sign only if it suits you.
Where the hours go
A management fee pays for time, so it helps to know where the time goes. Setup takes the most: building campaigns, writing ads, building pages and testing tracking until each conversion fires once and only once. After launch, the regular work is checking search terms, audiences, budgets and creative on each platform, so more channels means more hours. Tracking that touches a CRM or phone system takes longer to build and to keep working. Reporting is the last piece; a short monthly summary is lighter than weekly meetings with custom dashboards. Ad spend is a separate matter, paid by you to the platforms.
Good to know
Who owns the ad accounts?
You should. The usual practice is that ad accounts, analytics properties, tag containers and landing page domains are created under your business, with the service partner added as a user. That way the history and data stay with you if the arrangement ends. Ask for this in writing before any account is set up.
How do I end the arrangement?
Give the notice set out in your agreement. Before the end date, confirm you have admin access to every ad account, analytics property, tag container and page builder, then remove the partner's user access. Ask that landing pages and tracking keep running or be handed over. A good proposal explains this exit process up front.
Do I need consent before sending follow-up texts to new leads?
Generally yes. Marketing calls and texts to people who fill in a form fall under consent rules, including the federal TCPA and some state laws. Setting up the right consent wording and records is the advertiser's responsibility, and the details should come from your own counsel. A service partner can build the form fields and record what was agreed. The FCC publishes consumer guidance on robocalls and texts.
Can anyone promise a set number of leads?
No. Ad platforms run auctions and choose where ads appear, and people decide whether to respond. Offer, price, competition and season all play a part. A service partner can set up campaigns, test and measure carefully, and report what happened. Be wary of any provider that promises a lead count before it has seen your account.
Does this site sell leads or contact lists?
No. The services here build and run advertising in your own accounts, so inquiries come to you directly from people who saw your ads. Nothing on this site sells contact lists, shared leads or data gathered from other sources.
Tell us what you sell and which channels you want to run. A service partner will reply with a scope and a quote.
